The chapter defines the conditions of use of the website www.trickshot.ro by the visitors or guests of 4 restaurants, TRICKSHOT Promenada, TRICKSHOT Mega Mall, TRICKSHOT Afi Brașov and TRICKSHOT Afi Cotroceni part of the TRICKSHOT Group. By using the website, you agree to comply with the Terms and Conditions described in the introductory chapter.

If you do not accept the Terms and Conditions described below, you will not be able to use our website.

The entire content of the website - photos, web graphic elements, symbols, texts, programs or other data are the property of the TRICKSHOT Group and its partners and is protected by Law 8/1996 on copyright and related rights, with amendments and additions subsequent

As a user, you must respect all the policies made available within the website www.trickshot.ro.

Do not use the website inappropriately. For example, do not try to influence or access them in any other way than through the interface and through the instructions provided by TRICKSHOT. We may interrupt or stop providing services to you if you do not comply with our Terms and Conditions or our policies, or if we investigate suspected misconduct. The culinary preparations presented on the website are indicative, and certain characteristics may differ from the images.

However, the TRICKSHOT Group presents its products and services as detailed and correctly as possible, respecting their accuracy.

With the exception of cases where the contrary is provided, we do not declare and do not guarantee:

• The availability of the website www.trickshot.ro or its operation without errors or interruptions;

IV. USE OF THE ONLINE ORDERING PLATFORM OF RESTAURANT AND BAR PRODUCTS ON TRICKSHOT RESTAURANT PREMISES

The way to place food and drink orders in the locations is based on scanning a QR code made available in TRICKSHOT restaurants.

TRICKSHOT restaurants provide guests with an online platform through which they will be able to place an order for products from the restaurants' menu, which they will serve on their premises.

The user is responsible for the correctness of the data provided for registering the account or placing the order.

V. DEALS AND SPECIAL OFFERS

The restaurants in the TRICKSHOT group establish their own regulations for the promotions and special offers they run. Active promotions are made known to guests through the website, the TRICKSHOT application, by email, newsletter, or other promotion methods. Promotions benefit only those participants who strictly comply with the communicated regulations, the TRICKSHOT group reserving the right to interrupt or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notification.

VI. CHANGES

The TRICKSHOT Group reserves the right to modify, update or interrupt the operation of the website www.trickshot.ro or any content published on this website at any time, without prior notice.

We may also modify these terms and conditions at certain time intervals, without prior notification of these modifications.

VII. DISPUTES AND CONFLICTS

Any conflict arising between the TRICKSHOT Group and the guests of the TRICKSHOT restaurants will follow the path of an amicable conciliation. If this is not possible, the legal provisions in force at that time will be applied, the resolution of conflicts being the competence of the Romanian courts.

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the guest fully assumes these risks.

VIII. FINAL DECISIONS

In the event that one or more of the clauses mentioned above will be declared void or invalid, regardless of the cause, the clause declared void will not affect the validity of the other clauses, except in the case where it is closely related to the latter.
